In this meditation, I guide you through a three part breath in and out through the mouth that helps drop into a liminal state. Here, we can access the subconscious mind where radical transformation is possible. Along the journey within, I offer questions for self-inquiry to cut to the truth such as: What's the source of the pain weighing on you? What's ready to be released? What are you stepping into moving forward?

You will be guided through a 3-part breath, breathing in and out through the mouth for the entirety of the meditation – deep inhale into the belly, second inhale into the heart, and exhale to release.
As for the pace of breath, you can speed it up or slow it down — experimenting with what rhythm feels best for you in that moment. I tend to slow it down when my intention is rest and ease, but when I’m trying to dig a little deeper and intensify the experience I’ll speed up my breath.
