Brialle Ringer is a breathwork alchemist, vegan fairy goddess, healer, and embodied leadership coach passionate about supporting change makers leading with greater ease, joy, and passion in their service.
Several years ago, Brialle shifted out of a burnt out career in Social Work trusting she could contribute to social change in a way that felt more authentic and sustainable. She's now found a way to beautifully integrate her dedication to social justice, racial equity, veganism, wellness and healing into an embodied expression of her sacred service.
Having spent years engaged with advocates across sectors including youth education, homelessness, and animal advocacy– she's noticed a consistent theme of disembodied leadership impacting the effectiveness and success of our movement for collective liberation.
When we show up exhausted, misaligned and disconnected, it can cause more harm than good to ourselves, our communities, and the causes we care for. Disembodied leadership contributes to conflict between colleagues, diminished health and well-being, burnout, and overall ineffective service. However, when we show up embodying our wholeness, holistically well, and genuinely excited about how we are here to support the greater good -- the impact ripples outward to every area of our lives and work.
Brialle cultivates deeply transformative experiences in the form of community healing sessions, breathwork and embodiment classes, virtual courses, retreats, and more. In these experiences, she guides participants to get out of the mind and into the body, release what's been repressed, feel it to heal it, and come home to who they truly are.
Brialle takes a holistic approach to support her clients, drawing from her degree in Social Work, certifications in Yoga, Integrative Energy Healing, and Plant Based Nutrition, many years of personal development, and her experience supporting BIPOC animal advocates with community building and leadership opportunities as the Director of The Global Majority Caucus at APEX Advocacy.
