I’ve been there too…

I spent years chasing accolades and people-pleasing before I gained clarity about my unique gifts and sacred service in the world. After getting my degree in Social Work, I was doing something meaningful and important, but I felt unfulfilled.

I crammed my schedule with twelve hour work days several days a week. It left me so burnt out that I literally crashed and drove straight into a pole. This accident served as a wake up call to radically change my life. 

I chose to shift out of Social Work, trusting I could shape change in a way that felt more authentic and sustainable. 

I’ve found a way to beautifully integrate my dedication to social justice, racial equity, veganism, wellness and healing into an embodied expression of my sacred service. I host retreats, facilitate group programs, speak at conferences, lead wellness workshops and community healing events for multi million dollar organizations, and have worked with top CEOs creating culture change in their industries. 

All while shaking my ass around the world, taking really good care of my well-being, enjoying slow mornings and long lunch breaks, and feeling full of joy for this juicy life I’ve created. 

I feel so grateful to embody my soul’s purpose and share my voice in support of collective liberation. Whether it’s leading a transformative breathwork ceremony, an educational workshop, or a powerful conversation– my confidence sharing my mission and message has helped me attract so many incredible opportunities.
