The reason inner child healing is so potent is because the first 7 years of our lives is where we receive our subconscious programming. The subconscious controls 95% of our lives! So basically 7 year old you is running the show.

We received a lot of valuable lessons during those first years of our lives, but this is also a time when we experience some of our deepest wounds that shape our limiting beliefs and behaviors depending on our upbringing and environment.

Consider what you learned from your family about career, money, and success (ex: outdated stories about your dream not being a "real job").

The good news is we can reprogram the subconscious mind to declare new narratives and ways of being aligned with our wholeness. This breathwork meditation is desiged to do just that.

I will guide you through a meditative journey using a 3-part breathing pattern to help drop into a liminal space between conscious and unconscious where radical transformation is possible. As we access the subconscious mind, we cut to the truth quite quickly, seeing clearly what you’ve been carrying for far too long and what’s ready to be released. The release creates a clearing, a clean slate, where anything is possible. Space to align with who you truly are, free of limitations and lies from past programming.
