Class descriptions:

  • Remember Your Divinity: Whole, worthy and divine– just as you are, nothing to prove. This is your innate truth. Sometimes we get caught up chasing accomplishments and accolades thinking that once we arrive at the income level, career, and relationship then we’ll be worthy. Shed the shackles of this lie and remember that you were born worthy.

  • Radical Imagination + Hope: Remember your power to shape change, even (and especially) when things feel hopeless. Systems of oppression cloud our vision of what’s possible and keep us thinking small. We obsess over everything we want to destroy and dismantle– but what do you want to create in its place? This practice uses imagination as a powerful tool of decolonization to dream beyond the current conditions.

  • Ancestral Trauma + Collective Grief: When we witness the violence of colonization, the grief we feel isn’t just our own– it’s ancestral. It activates a cellular memory of displacement in our own lineage. This practice was created to channel the heartbreak of genocide in Palestine, but can be applied to any social justice issue that has activated collective grief and ancestral trauma. Let’s feel into the heartache to stay connected to our humanity. We go within not to turn away from the suffering, but to cultivate the spiritual strength to do something about it.

  • Release + Renew: As a fellow advocate and organizer, I want you to achieve the big dreams you have for equity, peace, and liberation– and in order to do that, you need space to rest and renew. This breathwork journey is for the changemaker who feels overwhelmed by compassion fatigue and is on the edges of burnout. For the bleeding heart helper constantly questioning if you’re doing enough and struggling to slow down because you fear the communities you care about will suffer. You’ll leave feeling at ease in your body, clear in your mind, at peace in your spirit, and reconnected to the heart of your work.
