A very special breathwork journey filmed in Uluwatu, Bali for emotional alchemy, somatic release, and energetic renewal. Perfect during periods of transition or for a monthly practice to clear out stuck energy and emotions.
Try this meditation for those moments when you notice an upset arising and you make an empowered choice to PAUSE and check-in with yourself. This makes the difference between reacting from the wound and responding from the heart. I’ll guide you through five points of awareness including: breath + energy levels + emotions + thoughts + bodily sensations. Great for daily practice.
Beginner friendly gentle yoga flow perfect for all levels comprised of spinal waves, hip openers, and heart connection asanas to help you listen to the wisdom of your body and release stored stress. Mostly seated postures and longer holds with space to settle in for several breaths. Practice once 1-3x/week.
