Schedule
Day 1
You’ll be greeted with a refreshing coconut and open arms to welcome you to our oasis. After settling into your sacred space and dipping your toes in the ocean, we will gather for the opening ceremony to set intentions and connect with other participants. With full hearts we’ll enjoy our first communal dinner and watch the sunset over the horizon. Ending the evening with yin yoga to stretch out tensions from traveling and leave you ready for a great nights rest.
Day 2
Spacious morning for self-reflection and breakfast before our Seeds of Sovereignty workshop to explore the subconscious stories from early childhood keeping you from shining fully. This sets the tone for our somatic practice and gentle yoga to release stress stored in the body. Preparing for our emotional alchemy ceremony to move through the density of collective grief, sacred rage, fear, and frustration– making space for the sacred & sovereign self who is at peace with the past and at home in your power. Followed by an evening of free time to swim, rest, and enjoy spaciousness.
Day 3
Cultural immersion day learning about Indigenous Huichol spirituality, art, and culture. Enter the womb of mother earth to experience a traditional temazcal– a perfect opportunity to cleanse any lingering density after the emotional alchemy ceremony. Sweat out impurities, lift your voice in chants that soothe your spirit, and meet the edges of discomfort to strengthen your resilience. This is a right of passage into your sacred and sovereign self, leaving your doubts in the darkness with grandfather fire.
Day 4
Morning yoga and nourishing vegan brunch before our play day in San Pancho. Explore the town filled with delicious food, a vibrant beach with eccentric cuties, and beautiful boutiques of flowy cotton clothing for all the natural fiber queens! Treat yourself to a new outfit that embodies your sovereign self and enjoy free time to follow your intuition.
Day 5
Seeds of Sovereignty workshop, sensual slow flow opening the hips and heart, then dropping into an emotional alchemy journey to embody freedom and dance into your divinity. Our last full day together to bask in the sun, share stories, skinny dip, shake ass, and get free! We’ll end the evening with an integration circle to reflect on insights from our time together and consider what it looks like to treat yourself like the living altar from now forward.
Day 6
It’s time to pack our bags and say “see you later” to your new friends– but not before one more hoorah! For the cherry on top… swimming with wild dolphins!!! Tour guides with a close relationship to the dolphins will take us out by boat to the middle of the ocean for an incredible experience that will have you squealing in child-like wonder & pure JOY! Our excursion is close to the airport in Puerto Vallarta with shuttle included for your departure.
Consider this a homecoming…

Range baby, come see about it.
Retreat Testimonials
I’m one month sober and already seeing so many results. The beginning of quitting weed was always so hard because of the detox process, but being at your retreat helped so much and I’m so grateful you made this happen. This was one of the best decisions I made for my overall wellbeing! Now after so many years, I feel like myself again. So much clarity, super energized, more present and in tune with my emotions.
~Jazmin
I’m leaving this experience feeling WHOLE. It feels almost unreal to know this part of me. I’m sitting here in my body, comfortable, FREE– and there were a lot of times that I didn’t feel like that. It feels like a whole new life!
~Davona
I’m focusing on leaning into ease without the presence of guilt. Like accepting that it’s okay for things to feel easy and not needing hardship as validation. I hadn’t realized before how much I thought that I had to push myself to the point of difficulty to feel like I was putting in enough effort. I also left feeling really validated in my authentic self. The Wild n Free retreat helped fuel my dreams for the future of living in tune with nature.
