We begin with intention setting, discussing what’s alive for you and how you want to feel by the end of our time together. I will then have you lay down to settle into the support of the earth beneath you, welcome in your spiritual team, and deepen the breath.

Connecting to a 3-part breathing pattern and tracking to the sensations in your body to bring emotion to the surface. Oftentimes this is where tears start to flow and the experience peaks– weeping, sighing, screaming, singing, and letting the emotion move through in whatever way it needs to be expressed. When relief starts to settle in, we slow things down.

In-person sessions are available in Ridgewood, New Jersey (~1 hr from NYC) by request and require a consultation or having met in-person previously. $350 for a 2 hour ceremony. Inquire by email: blessings@bewellwithbrialle.com
In-person sessions also include aromatherapy with essential oils and copal incense, sound healing with various instruments and vocal activation, hands-on support (holding your head, hand on heart, etc), oracle cards, and a cup of tea during integration.
What to expect:
Sessions together include an array of somatic tools to express what has been suppressed.
