Immunity Boosting Tea Recipe: Ginger + Lime + Thyme Tonic
Ginger + Lime + Thyme Tonic
Ingredients:
1 quart of water
2 inch chunk of fresh ginger, grated or thinly sliced
3 key limes (or 1 regular lime)
10 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp coconut oil (to aid absorption of turmeric)
1 ml (dropper full) oil of oregano
Maple syrup or agave, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Boil water with fresh ginger and lime.
Let the tonic simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Turn heat off, add thyme, oregano oil, coconut oil, and agave/maple syrup.
Speak the following affirmation over your tea before consuming: "I am healthy, whole, perfect, and complete! My body temple is thriving!"
