Wise Woman Retreat

August 23-26, 2024 on Lake Michigan

The Wise Woman Retreat is a 3-day initiation for women of color medicine keepers who long to host powerful healing experiences that disrupt the harm of white supremacist patriarchal violence and amplify the frequency of freedom through joy, pleasure, and decolonial dreaming.

Join us to birth the blueprint for your next healing event by connecting to the wisdom of your body, reclaiming ancestral gifts in your lineage, and visualizing your unique legacy of liberation.

Reclaim your power + Remember your magic

The systems are crumbling, and it’s imperative that you develop a strong spiritual foundation to sustain these times.

There is wisdom within you here to help heal us all.

Unearth the depths of you lurking in the shadows longing to be seen and heard.

Your rage. Your grief. Your gifts. Your joy. Your pleasure.

The parts you’ve denied and suppressed in order to be polite and respectable.

No more.

This is a reclamation.

A remembrance of your innate wholeness, worthiness, and divinity.

Take your place.

Now is the time wise woman.

This experience is for…

  • Women of color on the path (or called the the path) of medicine keeping (healers, ceremony leaders, plant medicine facilitators, etc.)

  • Healers, coaches, visionaries, and space holders ready to embody the next level of leadership and mastery in their gifts

  • Those committed to decolonizing, challenging appropriation, and disrupting spiritual bypassing in their practice

  • Embodiment queens who love frolicking in nature and practicing breathwork, dance, and yoga

  • Earth fairies that are here to be a bridge between the mystical and the matrix

Retreat Themes + Workshops

  • Shed the shackles of internalized oppression and decolonize your imagination to expand your vision of what's possible for you and your community. Get a peek into your unique legacy of liberation that honors your ancestors and creates pathways of possibility for future generations.

  • Oracle card reading to connect with the ancestor most in support of your path as a medicine woman, altar tending, and welcoming in their wisdom throughout the weekend to notice how they communicate with you most (visions, sensations, insights, etc)

  • Peel back the layers of urgency, not-enoughness, and disconnection systems of colonization have placed on your body to return to the truth that you are whole worthy and divine just as you are. Moving through stress and stagnation stored in the body and activating feminine radiance with sensual stretches, dance, and hula hooping. Notice what gifts are revealed through your body as a beacon of ancient wisdom passed down for centuries in your DNA.

  • Dive deep into your inner world to feel the weight of individual, ancestral, and collective grief, anger, and despair held in the body so you can alchemize it into ecstatic bliss, limitless possibility, and loving action. Specific attention given to moving through the fear of being seen (the witch wound) so you can leave with greater confidence and clarity in your unique magic.

  • Develop a signature structure for the sacred spaces you lead that integrates embodied wisdom, ancestral gifts from your lineage, and intuitive rituals. Map the elements that help you create transformative experiences to create a blueprint for your next healing event. Whether you’re holding space online, in-person, 1:1, or in groups – your freedom framework will help you confidently create and trust in spirit-led strategy.

Retreat Testimonials

I’m one month sober and already seeing so many results. The beginning of quitting weed was always so hard because of the detox process, but being at your retreat helped so much and I’m so grateful you made this happen. This was one of the best decisions I made for my overall wellbeing! Now after so many years, I feel like myself again. So much clarity, super energized, more present and in tune with my emotions.

~Jazmin

I’m leaving this experience feeling WHOLE. It feels almost unreal to know this part of me. I’m sitting here in my body, comfortable, FREE– and there were a lot of times that I didn’t feel like that. It feels like a whole new life!

~Davona

I’m focusing on leaning into ease without the presence of guilt. Like accepting that it’s okay for things to feel easy and not needing hardship as validation. I hadn’t realized before how much I thought that I had to push myself to the point of difficulty to feel like I was putting in enough effort. I also left feeling really validated in my authentic self. The Wild n Free retreat helped fuel my dreams for the future of living in tune with nature.
